Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Where do I start?
At Enodia Center, we understand the complexity of the therapeutic relationship, and the need to be sure that it is a good fit. That's why we always offer a complimentary in-person consultation prior to scheduling the first session. This initial meeting is typically 10-15 minutes, and takes place at our office in Ridgewood. The consult offers you and your therapist the chance to meet face to face, address any questions you may have, and get a sense of if it is a good fit. If distance or schedule are an issue, complimentary phone consults are also available. Call 201-345-2193 or contact us here to schedule your consult or find out more.

Q. What is the cost?
Studio classes and community groups will continue to be found here along with pricing. For individual Psychotherapy, sessions take place once per week for 50 minutes at $150 per session. At times, depending on the modality being utilized, the sessions can extend up to 90 minutes. When this is planned, the fee remains the same. The course and pace of therapy will always be personalized and determined by you and your therapist based on where you are and where you hope to be.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
Due to our firm belief in our clients' right to determine their course of therapy, as well how highly we value confidentiality, Enodia Center does not contract directly with insurance carriers. Enodia Center practitioners are Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors, and are considered Out-of-Network (OON) providers by many insurance companies. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to ask about your OON benefits. With notice, we're always happy to provide you a detailed invoice to submit directly to your insurance carrier.
Q: What are your payment methods?
Enodia Center accepts payments of cash, check and all major credit cards. Please make checks payable to "Enodia Center for Balance LLC."
Q: How can I schedule an appointment?
We are available Monday through Friday between 10am to 7pm to schedule appointments or to answer any questions you may have. You will find a schedule of the Studio Classes located here where you can book and reserve your space online. All other individualized services are provided by appointment. Psychotherapy sessions ideally will occur on the same day and time each week, with evening and weekend hours often available. Questions and inquiries can be left on our confidential general mailbox at (201) 345-2193 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
